I am a princess impersonator based on fairytales, folklore and stories. Any resemblances between my costumes and any copyrighted characters are purely incidental, it is not my intention to violate or infringe upon any copyright laws. I am not affiliated with any company, licensed character, brand, park or attractions. Please note I am not connected in any way with the Walt Disney Company or any of its partners, subsidiaries or affiliate entities.
A £30 non refundable deposit (or £20 for 30 minute packages) is required to secure your party and the full balance must be paid three days before the date. In case you need to cancel the party/event, I will do my best to accommodate you on an alternative date, subject to availability. Please note if you need to cancel the party due to Coronavirus related issues (symptoms/lockdown/quarantine) I will provide a full refund under these circumstances.
The responsibility for the safety of all guests present, lies with the client hosting the party/event. There must be at least one adult present at all times during the party/event.
Adverse Snow Weather conditions - P lease be aware that I may be unable to attend parties/events in adverse snow weather. Although I strive to follow local council guidance on travel, please note I live on a road that is extremely difficult to get in/out when there is snow on the ground, so even though vehicles may be able to reach the destination of where your party will be held, it does not necessarily mean that I may be able. I will always keep you updated, and will of course refund any monies received if I were unable to attend your party/event due to snow.
Coronavirus Spread - I will follow current government / local council guidelines. I will be following the National guidelines and reserve the right to wear a transparent face shield for indoor parties in poorly ventilated spaces. Please remind guests who have visited hot spots or with any of the known symptoms not to attend your party/event. I will sanitize my hands and equipment before and after each party/event and I would suggest party hosts instruct their guests to do the same. If any areas are isolated by local councils/government and your party/event is being held in such area, please note I will not be able to attend and a refund would be issued. I reserve the right not to attend/leave the party if any applicable government guidelines are not being followed. In case I have symptoms, I will follow council/government advice and refrain from attending the party/event. If this were to happen, I would keep you updated and do my very best to find cover, failing this a full refund would be offered.
Please note I take bookings on a first come, first served basis. This may also include enquiries on a particular date. Your chosen date/time slot is not guaranteed until a deposit has been received. If you have enquired about a party on a particular date but have not paid a deposit, I reserve the right to accept another booking in the time being.
For swimming appearances all existing pool safety rules apply (these rules may vary depending on the leisure centre, please familiarise yourself with them). Although I'm a qualified freediver, I am not a qualified swimming teacher/lifeguard, therefore I am unable to rescue or aid any of the children swimming. For that reason I am unable to initiate any games which includes kids keeping their heads under the water, I also can not race against other swimmers or perform tricks underwater for the kids to watch, please remember I'm simply a freediver/performer who happens to be a strong swimmer and I'm impersonating a mermaid. I will interact with the children, swim along side them, tell tales of the deep, join in on any existing activities/games happening and I can sing on request. Due to the nature of wearing a swimmable tail, I am unable to walk whatsoever, meaning I have to put the tail on at the edge of the pool. If you prefer for your kids not see me "on legs", please let me know and I will arrange with the leisure centre for me to enter the pool prior to the kids arriving, and for me to leave after the kids have left.
